Start with your own matching target
The tool rounds a user-chosen stock target to complete selected retail offers. It does not decide how much paint a class or an artwork needs. Held stock must match the relevant selected product, colour or assortment, surface, dimensions and condition before it can be counted.
An 8 ml example
For a chosen twenty-millilitre target of matching Ultramarine with four matching millilitres already held, two 8 ml tubes add sixteen and reach twenty. This is a declared-stock calculation, not a measured remaining volume or an application recommendation. The site does not calculate a number of washes or pictures.
A twelve-sheet example
For twenty-five matching Arches sheets with one already held, two twelve-sheet pads add twenty-four and reach twenty-five. For the set, the twelve-unit basis refers to an assorted set’s half-pan count, not twelve refills of one requested colour. Specific-colour needs cannot be inferred from an assortment total.
Limits remain visible
Whole inputs must be nonnegative and no more than one million. Unknown bases, fractions and negative values are rejected. If held stock is above target, the purchase count is zero. Actual seller limits, stock and supplied versions still govern a real order.
